“Zee Learn” insolvency judgement against NCLT is set-a-sided by NCLAT
The National Company Law Tribunal’s (NCLT) decision to permit insolvency proceedings against Zee Learn has been set-a-sided by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
The NCLAT further requested that the NCLT issue a new order.
On February 10, the NCLT accepted Zee Learn’s financial creditor Yes Bank Ltd.’s (YBL) request and ordered that insolvency proceedings be started against the company.
