A petition Filed for removal…

A petition Filed for removal of the Governor has been dismissed by the West Bengal High Court. The petition was filed by Ram Prasad Sarkar claiming that governor was not co-operating with the present government and he is a member of political party Bharatiya Janata Party. He has the habit of ignoring aid and advice of the council of ministers. The petitioner also stated that the governor is acting under the dictation of BJP.
