Scope of Services: Document Registration
1. Validation of a draft Lease or Leave & amp; Licenses deed provided by the Company;
2. Calculation of Stamp duty & amp; registration charges,
3. Printing/ typing the document required to be registered,
4. Obtaining stamp paper,
5. Presenting it to the registering authority for registration,
6. Obtaining the registered document from the registering authority and delivering the same to the person nominated by the Company in this regard.
