Revision petition filing procedures and conditions in India

There are certain procedures and conditions that must be met in order to file a revision petition in India. The petitioner must first speak to an attorney in order to get legal advice on the procedure. Once the petition is filed, the attorney will then have to go through a verification process with the government in order to make sure that all of the facts are correct. There is also a time limit for filing a revision petition, and if it is not filed within certain time limits, it may be denied.
